1. Assist the Senior Planning Manager with forecasting activities, data analysis, and action plans to support North American sales objectives.
2. Conduct demand planning forecasting activities for the permanent replenishment program, providing monthly updates to the forecast by SKU to inform HQ of production needs.
3. Review and adjust target stock levels for underperforming or overperforming SKUs, considering seasonal trends.
4. Collaborate with Merchandisers on monthly product forecasting, ensuring necessary replenishment to meet regional sales targets.
5. Participate in the seasonal Open-To-Buy (OTB) planning process twice a year with HQ Retail Merchandising.
6. Support Merchandisers during buy campaigns, aligning purchases with required KPIs.
7. Define store goals by product line in partnership with the Retail team to ensure financial targets are met.
8. Assist buyers in performing stock consolidations by store to optimize stock distribution and sales, monitoring related costs and benefits.

1. Bachelor’s Degree
2. 1-2 years of retail planning experience

1. General understanding of retail merchandising planning, forecasting, retail math, business analysis, and inventory management
2. Excellent analytical ability and unparalleled accuracy
3. Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
4. Proficiency in summarizing and actioning data
5. Detail-oriented and data-driven
6. Understanding of the luxury retail environment and processes
7. Ability to navigate ambiguity and evolving directives
8. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
9. Familiarity with analytics/reporting tools such as Power BI and Anaplan preferred

Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field.

Bachelor’s Degree

The salary range is $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 USD per year, with flexibility to recognize various levels of expertise, performance, and tenure.
