- Implement CRM activities across the South Asia region to align with global objectives.
- Perform client analysis to derive actionable insights.
- Monitor and report on appointment performance and campaign outreach.
- Conduct post-event analysis to refine client contact strategies.
- Collaborate with HQ to define seasonal campaigns and in-store event strategies.
- Work with Area Managers to drive global CRM priorities in acquisition, retention, and upgrading.
- Design and implement client journeys for key activations such as pop-ups and new store openings.
- Support data cleansing and client portfolio management activities.
- Act as an ambassador for clienteling tools to foster a strong clienteling culture.
- Conduct workshops to enhance clienteling expertise within the retail community.
- Promote the recruitment journey for prospects and new clients.
- Participate in quarterly meetings with client ambassadors.
- Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in CRM or retail marketing, preferably in the luxury industry.
- Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce and Power BI is advantageous.
- Strong numerical and strategic analytical skills.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, with fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin.
