1. Facilitate the sales process and enhance the client experience by delivering exceptional hospitality and expert assistance in line with Loro Piana standards.
2. Support the sales team with comprehensive product knowledge to elevate the client experience.
3. Cultivate meaningful client relationships through communication via emails, hand-written notes, phone calls, and the clienteling app to drive sales.
4. Support CRM initiatives by recording and updating client information to enhance future sales opportunities and tailor services.
5. Promote new products through personalized outreach, engaging clients with tailored messages to increase product awareness and interest.
6. Maintain store displays in accordance with visual merchandising guidelines.
7. Collaborate with store management and the sales team to ensure merchandise is replenished, well-maintained, and accessible.
8. Provide operational and administrative support to client advisors, contributing to the business's overall success.

1. 2+ years of sales or sales support experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
2. Excellent attention to detail, customer service, and teamwork skills.
3. General knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory management.
4. Physical ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a sales or sales support role.
