1. Manage payment processes including expense reimbursements, vendor invoices, intercompany transactions, and taxes.
2. Reconcile accounts payable and accrued liabilities.
3. Handle intercompany transactions.
4. Register and depreciate fixed assets.
5. Issue invoices and receipts.
6. Reconcile accounts receivable.
7. Register new vendors.
8. Assist with internal audits.
9. Maintain organized filing systems.
10. Support tax filing processes.
11. Assist in system implementation and other projects.
12. Perform ad hoc tasks as required.

1. 3-5 years of accounting experience.
2. Proficiency in Excel and Word.
3. Conversational level English or proficiency in reading and writing English.
4. Experience with SAP is preferred.

1. Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
2. Attention to detail and accuracy.
3. Effective communication skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Proficiency in accounting software, particularly SAP.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
