Longines Visual Merchandising Project Leader

- Optimize visual identity at points of sale to ensure a superior and engaging consumer experience.
- Assist international markets in maintaining POS standards.
- Develop and adapt international windows, decorations, and in-store campaigns for local use across various distribution channels, including overseeing the testing phase.
- Continuously update visual standards, providing guidelines and support for implementation.
- Supervise the implementation of current visual campaigns.
- Lead the development of new long-term display materials and prototypes for POS, collaborating with external agencies.
- Create visual concepts for in-store communication, including promotional items and gifts.
- Coordinate ongoing projects with other visual merchandising team members.
- Support internal event branding demands.
- Participate in and support visual merchandising training sessions.
- Degree in visual merchandising, visual communication, interior design, or equivalent.
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in visual merchandising at an international level.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop and Indesign, Illustrator is a plus).
- Knowledge in design, interior, and graphic.
- Experience with Rhino 3D and V-Ray renders.
- Problem-solving orientation with a positive mindset.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team.
- Capability to plan and work within short deadlines.
- Creative thinking combined with strategic planning and execution.
- Project leadership from brief creation to production.
- ROI-driven mindset.
- Flexibility for travel to POS when required.
3 to 5 years of international visual merchandising experience.
Degree in visual merchandising, visual communication, interior design, or equivalent.
