Longines Visual Merchandising Project Leader

- Assist international markets to ensure standards in the POS.
- Develop and adapt international windows, decorations, and in-store campaigns for local usage on different distribution channels, including supervision during testing phase.
- Update visual standards, providing visual merchandising guidelines and guidance to markets for implementation.
- Supervise implementation of current visual campaigns.
- Lead project development of new long-term display materials and prototypes for POS, working with external agencies.
- Create visual concepts for in-store communication and promotional items.
- Coordinate ongoing projects with other VM team members.
- Support internal demand for event branding.
- Participate and support during VM training sessions.
- Degree in visual merchandising, visual communication, interior design, or equivalent.
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in visual merchandising at an international level.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop and Indesign, Illustrator is a plus).
- Knowledge in design, interior, and graphic design.
- Knowledge in Rhino 3D and V-Ray renders.
- Problem-solving oriented with a positive mindset.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate as part of a team.
- Planning and working within short deadlines.
- Ability to combine creative thinking with strategic planning and execution.
- Ability to lead a project end-to-end, from brief creation to production.

- Flexibility for travel to POS when needed.
3 to 5 years of proven experience in visual merchandising at an international level.
Degree in visual merchandising, visual communication, interior design, or equivalent.
