Longines Visual Merchandiser and Trainer

- Optimize the visual representation of the Longines brand across key account stores.
- Ensure retail staff are fully trained on brand, products, collections, and associations.
- Develop strong relationships with retail staff and regional management.
- Analyze product listings to ensure a complete range of products is displayed.
- Communicate with stores to ensure POS reflects advertising campaigns and promotions.
- Improve sales performance through trade support, training, and merchandising initiatives.
- Act as a Longines ambassador to key retail staff.
- Manage display opportunities and implement merchandising solutions.
- Present new product launches and collections at retail level.
- Support Longines points of sale through training sessions.
- Promote e-learning completion among wholesale account staff.
- Manage the brand ambassador program and prioritize training.
- Full driving license
- Self-starter with excellent attention to detail
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Strong coaching skills and experience with staff development
- Good English language skills (both written and spoken)
- Understanding of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Previous experience in a similar role within the prestige/luxury retail sector
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel regularly within the south region, with overnight stays as required
