Longines Visual Merchandiser and Trainer

- Optimize the visual representation of the Longines brand across key account stores.
- Ensure retail staff are thoroughly trained on brand, products, collections, and associations.
- Develop strong relationships with retail staff and regional management to motivate alignment with brand goals.
- Analyze product listings to ensure comprehensive display and current point-of-sale materials.
- Communicate with stores to ensure point-of-sale materials reflect advertising campaigns and brand promotions.
- Understand Longines wholesale account operations through performance and KPI analysis.
- Enhance sales performance of Longines stockists through trade support, training, and merchandising initiatives.
- Serve as a Longines ambassador to key retail staff, maintaining the brand image in the region.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the prestige/luxury retail sector.
- Full driving license.
- Willingness to travel regularly within the south region, including overnight stays.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong coaching skills and experience in staff development.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Competence in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Immaculate communication and presentation skills.
Previous experience in a similar role within the prestige/luxury retail sector is required.
