5. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

1. Proven experience in luxury retail sales or a similar customer-facing role.
2. Strong understanding of the luxury watch market and consumer behavior.
3. Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

2. Proficiency in multiple languages is advantageous.
3. Strong organizational and time management skills.
4. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail or a related field is required.

A diploma or degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
