1. Engage with customers to provide an exceptional sales experience, demonstrating in-depth product knowledge and brand heritage.
2. Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through effective sales techniques and customer relationship management.
3. Maintain a high standard of visual merchandising and store presentation to reflect the brand's luxury image.
4. Assist in inventory management, ensuring stock levels are maintained and discrepancies are reported.

1. Proven experience in luxury retail sales or a similar customer-facing role.
2. Strong understanding of the luxury watch market and customer preferences.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

3. Strong sales acumen and customer service orientation.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail or a related field is required.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required; further education in business or a related field is advantageous.
