2. Strong understanding of the luxury watch market and customer service excellence.
3. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role is required.

High school diploma or equivalent is required. A degree in a related field is advantageous.
