Longines Luxury Sales Associate

- Deliver exceptional customer service in alignment with Brand standards.
- Generate sales and assist in merchandising while safeguarding company assets.
- Engage in client outreach initiatives to build brand awareness.
- Support daily store operations and assist the management team in achieving sales goals.
- Greet customers professionally and provide a unique brand experience.
- Contribute to the boutique's clienteling efforts by documenting customer interactions.
- Assist in the sales process following established store protocols.
- Communicate customer requests to management.
- Submit daily reports and sales reconciliation documents.
- Process and replenish merchandise, monitor stock, and participate in merchandising projects.
- Provide superior after-sale service and execute the 'Thank You' program.
- Maintain store appearance and ensure merchandise is organized and attractively displayed.
- Support loss prevention efforts in compliance with company policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of experience in a sales position, preferably in luxury retail.
- Strong background in luxury retail jewelry and/or timepieces.
- Superior customer service skills with a drive to exceed expectations.
- Team-oriented with excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter with good judgment and professionalism.
- Ability to work well with all levels of management and staff.
- Proficient in clientele building and basic computer literacy.
- Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to multi-task and handle changing priorities.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
3-5 years of experience in a sales position, with a preference for specialty luxury retail.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
