Sales Associate

Swatch Group is the world's leading manufacturer of finished watches, representing 16 prestigious watch brands, including Longines. The group operates across all price segments and is also involved in the manufacture and sale of jewelry, watch movements, and components.

1. Greet customers in a timely, professional, and personable manner.
2. Provide a unique and special experience to all clients, introducing the brand.
3. Support store sales goals.
4. Assist in client outreach initiatives and build brand awareness.
5. Enter qualified presentations into the Client Log Book, capturing essential data.
6. Assist in the sales process according to established store protocols.
7. Communicate customer requests to management.
8. Assist in the submission of daily reports and sales reconciliation reports.
9. Process and replenish merchandise and monitor counter stock.
10. Document all presentations for customer outreach.
11. Participate in merchandising projects, including stock maintenance and display changeovers.
12. Provide superior after-sale service to all clients.
13. Support securing company assets through effective loss prevention.
14. Maintain store appearance, keeping merchandise organized and attractively displayed.
15. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

1. High School Diploma or equivalent.
2. 3-5 years of experience in a sales position, preferably in luxury retail.
3. Strong luxury retail jewelry and/or timepiece experience.

3-5 years of experience in a sales position, preferably in luxury retail.
