- Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming and informing clients about Longines' products and services, ensuring a memorable experience.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through extensive product knowledge and continuous training.
- Maintain an inspiring store environment that encourages purchases and optimizes the customer experience.
- Identify customer needs and maintain client files to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
- Enhance the boutique's commercial attractiveness by ensuring cleanliness and impeccable presentation of products and self, in line with brand standards.
- Manage administrative tasks including CRM, inventory management, and product integration.
- Sales-oriented with a strong customer focus to build lasting business relationships.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment, taking initiative with a versatile attitude.
- Previous experience in sales, particularly in watchmaking or the luxury sector, is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills, with an interest in attending events to expand customer networks.
- Bilingual proficiency in French-English or Dutch-English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
- Ability to adapt to diverse customer cultures and customs.
Previous experience as a sales consultant or salesperson in the luxury sector, particularly in watchmaking, is preferred.
A full-time, permanent contract (38.5 hours) with an attractive package including extra-legal benefits.
