4. Maintain an inspiring store environment that encourages purchases and enhances customer experience.
5. Identify customer needs and create profiles to meet their expectations effectively.
6. Contribute to the boutique's commercial appeal by maintaining cleanliness and impeccable product presentation.
7. Handle administrative tasks, including CRM and inventory management, and product integration.

1. Sales-oriented with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
2. Ability to work effectively in a team and demonstrate versatility.
3. Previous experience in the luxury sector, particularly in watchmaking, is advantageous.
4. Strong communication skills and the ability to network at events.

1. Bilingual proficiency in French-English or Dutch-English. Knowledge of the second national language or other languages is advantageous.
2. Excellent customer service and sales skills.
3. Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
4. Ability to adapt to diverse customer cultures and preferences.

Previous experience as a sales consultant or salesperson in the luxury sector is preferred.
