1. Provide exceptional sales experiences to customers, ensuring their desires are met with care and precision.
2. Contribute to achieving corporate sales targets through effective customer relationship management and sales assistance.
3. Participate in store organization, ensuring the sales floor, back office, and stock are orderly and well-maintained.
4. Ensure the brand image of Longines is presented accurately and attractively.

1. Minimum of 2-3 years of retail experience as a sales associate.
2. Commercially oriented with a dynamic and flexible approach.
3. Availability to work in rotating shifts.

1. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Proficiency in identifying customer needs and adapting communication accordingly.
3. Strong problem-solving abilities.

A minimum of 2-3 years in retail sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
