Responsibilities
- Provide excellent sales experience to customers.
- Contribute to achieving company goals.
- Manage customer relationships and assist with sales and post-sales services.
- Organize the store, ensuring the sales floor, back office, and stock are orderly.
- Ensure proper presentation of the Longines brand image.
Qualifications
- Experience in retail for at least 2-3 years as a sales assistant.
- Commercial orientation.
- Dynamic and flexible.
- Availability to work in rotating shifts.
Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to identify interlocutors and adapt communication accordingly.
- Good problem-solving skills.
Experience Requirements
At least 2-3 years of experience in retail as a sales assistant.
Education Requirements
Excellent knowledge of Chinese and English.
