1. Demonstrate outstanding customer service and leadership on the selling floor.
2. Build and implement client outreach initiatives.
3. Assist in daily operations of the store.
4. Support management in achieving customer service and sales goals.
5. Lead the team of associates to ensure successful operational tasks and procedures.
6. Complete opening and closing routines.
7. Provide a unique and special experience to all clients.
8. Reach and exceed sales goals.
9. Develop potential clients through clientelling and networking efforts.
10. Maintain and grow existing clients.
11. Assist team members in the sales process.
12. Provide superior after-sale service.
13. Use product knowledge to build customer relationships.
14. Greet customers in a timely, professional, and personable manner.

1. High School Diploma or equivalent.
2. 3-5 years of experience in a Keyholder position, specialty retail preferred.

1. Strong luxury retail jewelry and timepiece experience.
2. Driven to deliver superior service.
3. Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.
4. Self-starter with good judgment.
5. Team-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
6. Clientele building skills.
7. Basic computer literacy.
8. Flexible to retail working hours including weekends and holidays.
9. Ability to multi-task and handle changing priorities.
10. Bilingual is a plus.

3-5 years of experience in a Keyholder position, preferably in specialty retail.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

$18 - $23 per hour, plus commission.
