1. Demonstrate exceptional customer service and leadership on the sales floor.
2. Assist in the development and implementation of client outreach initiatives.
3. Enhance brand awareness and assist in daily store operations.
4. Support management in achieving customer service and sales goals.
5. Lead a team of associates to ensure operational tasks and procedures are successful.
6. Complete opening and closing routines with precision.
7. Provide a unique and special experience to all clients.
8. Exceed sales goals through effective clientelling and networking.
9. Maintain and grow existing client relationships, keeping detailed records of client preferences.
10. Assist team members in the sales process according to established boutique protocols.
11. Provide superior after-sale service and personalized product maintenance.
12. Greet customers in a timely, professional, and personable manner.
13. Perform all other duties as assigned by management.

1. High School Diploma or equivalent.
2. 3-5 years of experience in a Keyholder position, preferably in specialty retail.
3. Strong background in luxury retail jewelry and timepieces.
4. Proven ability to exceed customer expectations and achieve sales goals.
5. Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
6. Ability to work well as a team player in a fast-paced environment.
7. Demonstrated professionalism and friendly demeanor.
8. Basic computer literacy.
9. Bilingual skills are a plus.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

$18 - $23 per hour, plus commission.
