- Demonstrate exceptional customer service and leadership on the sales floor.
- Assist in the development and implementation of client outreach initiatives.
- Enhance brand awareness and assist in daily store operations.
- Support management in achieving customer service and sales goals.
- Lead a team of associates to ensure operational tasks and procedures are successful.
- Complete opening and closing routines with precision.
- Provide a unique and special experience to all clients.
- Exceed sales goals through effective clientelling and networking.
- Maintain and grow existing client relationships, keeping detailed records of client preferences.
- Assist team members in the sales process according to established boutique protocols.
- Provide superior after-sale service and personalized product maintenance.
- Greet customers in a timely, professional, and personable manner.
- Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of experience in a Keyholder position, preferably in specialty retail.
- Strong background in luxury retail jewelry and timepieces.
- Proven ability to exceed customer expectations and achieve sales goals.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work well as a team player in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated professionalism and friendly demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
- Superior customer service and clientelling skills.
- Leadership and team management.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-driven and goal-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in multitasking and handling changing priorities.
- Self-starter with good judgment.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
3-5 years in a Keyholder position, with a preference for experience in luxury retail.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
$18 - $23 per hour, plus commission.
