1. Lead and manage retail design projects from conception to completion.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with brand standards.
3. Oversee the development of design concepts and ensure their execution in retail spaces.
4. Coordinate with external vendors and contractors to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
5. Conduct site visits to ensure design integrity and quality control.
6. Prepare and present project proposals and reports to stakeholders.

1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
2. Proven experience in retail design project management within the luxury sector.
3. Strong understanding of brand identity and retail design principles.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
