1. Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators within the boutique.
2. Deliver impeccable customer service and develop client relationships.
3. Support management with operational duties as required by the store.
4. Conduct daily security stock counts and maintain stock cleanliness.
5. Ensure store housekeeping and daily merchandising are up to standard.
6. Attend regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge.

1. Demonstrated retail experience, preferably in the luxury industry.
2. Proven customer service skills with a passion for the Longines brand.
3. Computer literacy and excellent organizational skills.
4. Ability to work collaboratively as a team player.
5. Energy, drive, and enthusiasm with impeccable grooming and presentation.

Previous retail experience is required, with luxury industry experience being advantageous.
