- Deliver exceptional customer service in alignment with brand standards.
- Achieve and surpass sales targets.
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships, keeping detailed records for future interactions.
- Assist in the sales process following established store protocols.
- Communicate customer feedback to management.
- Contribute to daily reporting and sales reconciliation.
- Manage merchandise processing and stock monitoring.
- Engage in client outreach and brand awareness initiatives.
- Participate in merchandising projects, including stock maintenance and display changes.
- Provide superior after-sales service.
- Utilize product knowledge to enhance customer relationships.
- Support loss prevention efforts in compliance with company policies.
- Maintain store appearance and merchandise organization.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 3-5 years of experience in luxury retail sales, preferably in jewelry and timepieces.
- Proven track record of exceeding customer service expectations.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Goal-oriented with strong sales acumen.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Self-motivated with sound judgment.
- Professional demeanor with the ability to interact with all levels of management and staff.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Bilingual abilities are advantageous.

3-5 years of experience in luxury retail sales, with a focus on jewelry and timepieces.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
$15-$19 per hour, plus commission.
