Longines Luxury Sales Associate

1. Provide a unique and special experience to all clients
2. Reach and exceed sales goals
3. Maintain and grow existing client relationships
4. Assist in sales processes according to store protocols
5. Communicate customer requests to management
6. Submit daily reports and sales reconciliation reports
7. Process and replenish merchandise and monitor stock
8. Develop client base and reach new prospects through networking
9. Participate in merchandising projects
10. Provide superior after-sale service
11. Offer personalized client service in product maintenance
12. Support securing company assets through effective loss prevention
13. Greet customers professionally
14. Maintain store appearance and merchandise display
15. Perform other duties as assigned by management

1. High School Diploma or equivalent
2. 3-5 years of experience in a sales position, preferably in luxury retail
3. Strong luxury retail jewelry and timepiece experience
4. Driven to deliver superior service
5. Ability to work well as a team player
6. Goal-oriented with the ability to achieve sales goals
7. Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
8. Self-starter with good judgment
9. Professional demeanor
10. Ability to work with all levels of management and staff
11. Clientele building skills
12. Basic computer literacy
13. Flexible to work retail hours including weekends and holidays
14. Ability to multi-task and handle changing priorities
15. Bilingual is a plus

3-5 years of experience in a sales position, preferably in luxury retail.

$15-$19 per hour depending on experience, plus commission.
