- Provide superior after-sales service and execute the 'Thank You' program flawlessly.
- Support loss prevention efforts to safeguard company assets.
- Maintain store appearance and ensure merchandise is organized and attractively displayed.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of experience in luxury retail sales, preferably in jewelry or timepieces.
- Strong customer service orientation with a drive to exceed expectations.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, energetic environment.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Self-starter with sound judgment and professionalism.
- Ability to work with all levels of management and staff.
