Longines International Markets Coordination Manager

- Serve as the primary liaison between designated countries and the headquarters, ensuring seamless communication with subsidiaries, agents, and boutiques.
- Promote the brand across assigned territories through product presentation and marketing activities to drive business growth.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve annual sales, marketing, and communication budgets.
- Identify and establish new sales points in alignment with annual objectives and brand distribution strategy.
- Ensure each sales point meets brand standards and complies with training and merchandising requirements.
- Maintain quality through the strategic opening and closing of sales points, adhering to selective distribution rules.
- Organize and conduct sales training to enhance product knowledge and sales capabilities.
- Monitor and analyze sales trends and product sell-out in assigned territories.
- Provide pricing suggestions and oversee product pricing within the territory.
- Supervise marketing activities, including events, product launches, exhibitions, and sponsorships.
- Assist and support the Brand Manager and supervise subsidiary stock levels.
- Organize special advertising campaigns and events in various countries.
- Manage the marketing budget and oversee the execution of marketing plans.
- Coordinate third-market requests with other departments.
- Technical or commercial training with excellent knowledge of the complementary domain.
- Continuous training in sales, negotiation, and communication.
- Team leadership training.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales and the watchmaking industry.
- Strong socio-economic knowledge of the designated geographical region.
- Proficiency in SAP management software and MS Office suite.
- Flexibility, autonomy, and conscientiousness.
- Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong negotiation skills and customer orientation.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities.
- Effective communication skills and teamwork spirit.
- Ability to handle stress effectively.
A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales and the watchmaking industry is required.
Technical or commercial training with continuous education in sales, negotiation, and communication.
