- Act as an interface between assigned countries and the headquarters, ensuring communication between the head office, subsidiaries, agents, and boutiques.
- Promote the brand in assigned territories through product presentation and marketing activities to increase business volume.
- Achieve sales targets.
- Develop strategies and achieve annual sales, marketing, and communication budgets.
- Identify, target, and open new points of sale in line with annual objectives and brand distribution strategy.
- Ensure each point of sale meets brand requirements and adheres to training and merchandising standards.
- Ensure distribution and product mix align with brand commercial philosophies.
- Open and close points of sale while maintaining quality and adhering to selective distribution rules.
- Ensure points of sale comply with brand rules regarding assortment, space, and furniture.
- Organize and conduct sales training to enhance product knowledge and maximize sales capacity.
- Monitor, observe trends, and analyze sell-out in assigned territory.
- Make suggestions and control product pricing in the territory.
- Supervise marketing activities, including events, advertising campaigns, etc.
- Assist and support the Brand Manager for Swatch Group subsidiaries.
- Supervise subsidiary stocks and assist with debtors if necessary.
- Organize special advertising campaigns and events for agents in different countries.
- Supervise and develop sales team strengths in the region and organize training.
- Manage the marketing budget for the territory and control the marketing plan and its execution.
- Coordinate requests from third-party markets with other departments.
- Technical or commercial training with excellent knowledge of the other domain.
- Continuous training in sales, negotiation, and communication.
- Team management training.
- Confirmed experience (minimum 5 years) in sales and the watchmaking industry.
- Strong socio-economic knowledge of the assigned geographic region.
- Good knowledge of SAP management software and MS Office suite.
- Flexibility, autonomy, and conscientiousness.
- Organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
- Good negotiation skills and customer orientation.
