- Manage market support tickets for website maintenance.
- Assist with QA testing to identify and resolve technical or formatting issues.
- Collaborate with the team to implement the e-merchandising strategy.
- Support content updates and uploads within the CMS.
- Conduct weekly benchmarking and monitoring of competitors and other brands' websites to produce CRO recommendations and define an AB test roadmap.
- Analyze e-commerce buying paths to increase efficiency from traffic acquisition to conversion.
- Assist with keyword research, content optimization, and SEO best practices implementation.
- Generate reports on website performance, sales data, and other key metrics.
- Analyze results of A/B tests on website design and functionality.
- Strong interest in digital technology, e-commerce, and innovation.
- Clear communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Organized work style with a dedication to user-centricity and a growth mindset.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with website analytics tools like Google Analytics is a plus.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles is a plus.

- Excellent communication skills in English and French, both spoken and written.
