Longines International Digital Media Specialist

- Develop international media strategies aligned with brand objectives and market trends.
- Plan, execute, and monitor digital media campaigns across platforms such as social media, display advertising, and CTV.
- Coordinate with internal teams and markets for the visual planning of global digital media campaigns.
- Track, monitor, and optimize media campaign performance against KPIs, evaluating results and adjusting strategies and budgets accordingly.
- Produce bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports with strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with Longines’ international teams to coordinate global and local media campaigns.
- Work with marketing teams on creating advertising copy and developing digital assets to ensure consistent and impactful messaging.
- Manage relationships with agencies and third-party vendors supporting Longines’ paid marketing efforts.
- Conduct market research and audience analysis to inform media planning decisions.
- Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, emerging media channels, and best practices.
- 5+ years of experience in digital media planning.
- Proven track record of successful media campaigns for luxury or prestige brands.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and a strong understanding of KPIs and metrics.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative media solutions.
- Proficiency in media planning tools and software.
- Experience in managing paid media budgets on a global level.
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of technology and digital trends.
- Team player able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and quick turnarounds.
- Autonomous and flexible.
- Organized and able to manage priorities.
- Conscientious with good resistance to stress.
- Customer-oriented.
A minimum of 5 years in digital media planning, with a proven track record in luxury or prestige brands.
