Longines E-Commerce and Digital Content Project Leader

- Oversee daily operations of the E-commerce platform, including sales, logistics, and marketing.
- Manage the Swiss Facebook page, including post scheduling and local paid campaigns.
- Coordinate corporate digital campaigns and partnerships, including banners and partner direct advertising.
- Validate and control E-commerce orders and monitor Click & Reserve requests.
- Update website content, including homepage slides, suggestion pages, and bestseller/new arrival tags.
- Generate daily, monthly, and annual performance reports and analyze KPIs.
- Evaluate and monitor Longines' digital presence in the Swiss market across websites, E-commerce, and social media.
- Resize images and develop Internet guidelines for the Swiss market.
- Create social media tools and coordinate digital campaigns, including native advertising and UTM link creation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to analyze partner E-commerce sites and manage customer inquiries via Salesforce.
- Handle E-commerce returns and dispatch digital content to partners.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in digital or E-commerce fields.
- Proficiency in Magento or other CMS, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, SAP, and image editing tools like Adobe Photoshop is advantageous.
- Prior experience in the watchmaking industry is a plus.

- Excellent organizational skills and customer orientation.
A minimum of 3 to 5 years in digital or E-commerce roles, with a preference for experience in the watchmaking industry.
