E-Commerce and Digital Content Project Leader

1. Daily management of the E-commerce site including sales, logistics, and marketing.
2. Daily management of the Swiss Facebook page.
3. Management of corporate digital campaigns and partnerships.
4. Control and validation of E-commerce orders.
5. Follow-up on Click & Reserve requests.
6. Update website content including homepage slides, suggestion pages, landing pages, and tags.
7. Create daily, monthly, and annual reports.
8. Analyze performance KPIs.
9. Evaluate and monitor digital presence of Longines partners in the Swiss market.
10. Resize images and create Social Media Tools.
11. Manage Facebook post planning and local paid campaigns.
12. Coordinate digital campaigns including native advertising and UTM link creation.
13. Create, test, and send newsletters.
14. Analyze partner E-commerce sites.
15. Manage customer requests via Salesforce.
16. Handle E-commerce returns.
17. Send materials to partners.

1. Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Digital or E-commerce.
2. Good knowledge of Magento or other CMS, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, SAP, and image editing tools like Adobe Photoshop.
3. Experience in the watchmaking industry is an advantage.
