Longines Deputy Boutique Manager

- Support the Boutique Manager in achieving sales targets and operational objectives.
- Assist in recruiting, developing, and coaching the boutique team to foster motivation and high performance.
- Ensure the boutique maintains high standards of customer service and adheres to brand guidelines.
- Facilitate team goal setting, progress monitoring, and integration into individual development plans.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with the team and HQ departments.
- Organize regular team briefings to align objectives and strategies with business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with visual merchandising standards and manage stock replenishment processes.
- Support performance reviews, evaluations, and team coaching initiatives.
- Ensure team members are trained on company IT systems, including POS and inventory management.
- Strive to set a benchmark for customer service and in-store experiences.
- Assist with administrative tasks and team performance reporting.
- Vocational training in sales (CFC) with extensive experience in luxury boutiques, preferably in watchmaking.
- Proven experience in team management.
- Knowledge of the local market with an established network of clients or partners.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Business acumen with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
- Capability to coach, motivate, and lead a team effectively.
- Exceptional planning, organizational, and communication abilities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a sense of urgency and accountability.
- Creativity and problem-solving skills.
Several years of experience in luxury boutiques, ideally within the watchmaking sector.
Vocational training in sales (CFC).
