Longines Customer Service Specialist
Longines, a prestigious Swiss watch brand, operates under the umbrella of The Swatch Group, a global leader in the watchmaking industry. The Swatch Group Netherlands serves as the sales organization for renowned Swiss watch brands including Swatch, Omega, Longines, Rado, Tissot, Hamilton, Certina, Mido, and Balmain within the Netherlands. From its headquarters in Eindhoven, the organization supplies independent jewelers and large retail chains, while also managing a growing number of proprietary sales outlets.
- Deliver exceptional remote customer experiences for both B2B and B2C clients.
- Address inquiries and resolve cases via email and telephone.
- Coordinate and oversee online orders, including invoicing.
- Manage returns and process refunds.
- Process incoming orders in SAP.
- Perform marketing administrative tasks, including budget and campaign follow-up, and trade marketing activities for Balmain retailers.
- Provide sales support, such as maintaining collection and backorder lists.
- Experience in customer service is preferred but not required.
- Fluency in Dutch and English is essential.
- Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong customer interaction skills and ability to maintain oversight.
- Ability to communicate the benefits and importance of maintaining high-end watches to customers.
Previous experience in customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
