1. Deliver exceptional remote customer experiences for both B2B and B2C clients.
2. Address inquiries and resolve cases via email and telephone.
3. Coordinate and oversee online orders, including invoicing.
4. Manage returns and process refunds.
5. Process incoming orders using SAP.
6. Perform administrative marketing tasks, such as budget and campaign follow-ups, and support trade marketing activities for Balmain retailers.

1. Experience in customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
2. Proficiency in Dutch and English is essential.
3. Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office.

1. Strong customer interaction skills and ability to maintain oversight.
2. Ability to articulate the benefits and importance of maintaining high-end watches to customers.

Prior experience in customer service is beneficial but not required.
