1. Handle all after-sales inquiries for both B2B and B2C clients.
2. Assist in the development and management of marketing budgets.
3. Coordinate PR activities, newsletters, and social media campaigns.
4. Organize and follow up on events.
5. Maintain sales lists and oversee outlet sales.
6. Monitor the production of visuals and promotional materials.
7. Ensure quality control of marketing goodies.

1. Fluency in Dutch and English is essential.
2. Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office.
3. Ability to communicate the benefits and importance of maintaining luxury watches to clients.

Experience in customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
