1. Manage all aftersales inquiries for both B2B and B2C clients.
2. Assist with marketing and sales initiatives for Balmain, including budget management and PR activities.
3. Organize and track social media campaigns and newsletters.
4. Maintain sales lists, backorder, and stock lists.
5. Coordinate the production of visuals and promotional materials.
6. Oversee outlet sales and ensure quality control of promotional items.

1. Fluency in Dutch and English is mandatory.
2. Experience in customer service is preferred but not required.
3. Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office.

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Ability to articulate the benefits of maintaining luxury watches to clients.
3. Proficiency in managing social media and marketing campaigns.

Previous experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous.
