Longines Customer Service and Marketing Assistant
The Swatch Group Netherlands is part of the global Swatch Group, operating from its headquarters in Eindhoven. It serves the Dutch market with renowned Swiss watch brands such as Longines, Omega, Rado, Tissot, Mido, Hamilton, Certina, Balmain, and Swatch.
- Handle all aftersales inquiries for both B2B and B2C customers.
- Assist with marketing and sales for Balmain.
- Fine-tune and set up marketing budgets.
- Manage PR/newsletters and organize events.
- Maintain social media campaigns.
- Manage sales lists and outlet sales.
- Follow up on the production of visuals and check promotional items.
- Fluency in Dutch and English is essential.
- Knowledge of SAP or a similar ERP system, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to communicate the benefits and importance of maintaining high-end watches to customers.
Experience in customer service is preferred but not required.
