Longines Concession Manager

- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team knowledgeable about the brand, products, and luxury service standards.
- Drive sales to meet or exceed targets and contribute to the brand's overall performance within the retail space.
- Oversee daily inventory management, ensuring the concession is stocked with the right products and maintaining accurate stock levels.
- Ensure customers receive an exceptional shopping experience reflecting the luxury standards of the brand.
- Ensure the concession area is beautifully presented, adhering to the company's visual merchandising guidelines.
- Monitor and manage sales targets, analyzing performance and taking corrective action when necessary.
- Represent the brand with professionalism, ensuring the concession upholds the brand’s image and values.
- Previous experience in luxury retail or the watch industry, preferably in a concession or store management role.
- Strong knowledge of high-end watches, watch brands, and the luxury market.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage stock and inventory effectively.
- Proficiency with retail management software and point-of-sale systems.
Previous experience in luxury retail or the watch industry, preferably in a concession or store management role, is required.
