- Oversee and manage daily operations of the boutique, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Define and delegate responsibilities within the sales team to ensure task completion to expected standards.
- Address and resolve issues affecting service, efficiency, and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with safety codes and maintain adequate security measures.
- Conduct orientation, regular training, and development for the team.
- Schedule workforce effectively throughout the store.
- Uphold the highest standards of customer service and manage elevated client interactions.
- Motivate staff to optimize performance and set objectives for performance reviews.
- Assess and identify training needs within the business.
- Conduct formal performance appraisals and provide feedback to Assistant Boutique Manager and department heads.
- Ensure sales targets are achieved and monitor costs to achieve savings.
- Remain fully qualified in Longines e-learning and conduct ongoing sales coaching.
- Collaborate with the Marketing & Communications Team to develop and coordinate events.
- Extensive retail experience, preferably in the luxury sector.
- Proven experience in staff management.
- Highly developed customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong team player with energy, drive, and enthusiasm.
- Passion for the Longines brand.
Extensive experience in retail, with a preference for luxury sector exposure, and proven staff management capabilities.
