3. Manage inventory levels and ensure the boutique is well-stocked with the latest collections.
4. Develop and implement strategies to increase foot traffic and sales.
5. Maintain visual merchandising standards to reflect the brand's image.
6. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
7. Prepare sales reports and analyze performance metrics to inform decision-making.

1. Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the luxury sector.

4. Proficiency in inventory management and sales reporting.
5. Fluency in English and French is required; additional languages are an asset.
