Longines Boutique Manager

- Supervise and support sales advisors in customer loyalty, achieving sales objectives, and developing team skills.
- Ensure the store's commercial appeal and product assortment, maintaining an inspiring environment for optimal customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and procedures established by headquarters.
- Organize regular team briefings to discuss objectives, strategies, and events.
- Act as an ambassador of the brand's image and values, maintaining professionalism and commitment to customers.
- Ensure adherence to procedures related to team management, stock management, and administrative tasks.
- Report to the Brand Manager and collaborate with teams in Belgium and Switzerland.
- Comply with company procedures regarding safety and cash handling.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the luxury goods industry.
- Excellent team management and leadership skills.
- Strong commercial skills and customer relations expertise.
- Exceptional communication skills, adaptable to various audiences.
- Proficient planning and organizational abilities.
- Solution-oriented mindset.
- Bilingual in French-English or Dutch-English; additional language skills are advantageous.
- Open-mindedness and a willingness to embrace challenges.
A minimum of 5 years in a similar role, with luxury goods industry experience considered an asset.
