1. Supervise and support sales advisors in customer loyalty, achieving sales objectives, and developing team skills.
2. Ensure the store's commercial appeal and product assortment, maintaining an inspiring environment for optimal customer experience.
3. Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and procedures established by headquarters.
4. Organize regular team briefings to discuss objectives, strategies, and events.
5. Act as an ambassador of the brand's image and values, maintaining professionalism and commitment to customers.
6. Ensure adherence to procedures related to team management, stock management, and administrative tasks.
7. Report to the Brand Manager and collaborate with teams in Belgium and Switzerland.
8. Comply with company procedures regarding safety and cash handling.

1. Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the luxury goods industry.

5. Solution-oriented mindset.
6. Bilingual in French-English or Dutch-English; additional language skills are advantageous.

A minimum of 5 years in a similar role, with luxury goods industry experience considered an asset.
