Longines Boutique Manager

- Supervise and support sales advisors in building customer loyalty, achieving sales objectives, and developing team skills.
- Maintain the store's commercial appeal and ensure an optimal customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and procedures established by headquarters.
- Organize regular team briefings to discuss objectives, strategies, and events.
- Act as an ambassador of the brand's image and values, maintaining professionalism and commitment to customers.
- Ensure adherence to procedures related to team management, planning, stock management, and administrative tasks.
- Report to the Brand Manager and collaborate with marketing, sales, visual merchandising, and customer service teams.
- Comply with company procedures regarding safety and cash handling.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the luxury goods industry.
- Bilingual in French-English or Dutch-English. Knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
- Excellent team management and leadership skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and customer relations expertise.
- Outstanding communication skills, adaptable to various audiences.
- Proficient planning and organizational abilities.
- Solution-oriented mindset with an openness to feedback and personal development.
A minimum of 5 years in a similar role, with experience in the luxury goods industry being advantageous.
