- Assist walk-in customers with watch repair and related inquiries.
- Maintain communication with customers regarding new watch purchases and repair services.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient boutique operations.
- Participate in the maintenance of the boutique, including product displays and props setup, ensuring high presentation standards.
- Adhere to stock and cash control guidelines and documentation procedures.
- Implement changes in store displays within set timelines.
- Perform additional relevant tasks as required.
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a boutique or hospitality setting.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work scheduled hours, including weekends and holidays.
- In-depth knowledge of watch products and ability to present technical details.
- Intellectual curiosity and a passion for learning.
- Fluency in English with strong interpersonal skills.
- Sales-oriented and a good team player with excellent customer service skills.
1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a boutique or hospitality setting.
