1. Provide administrative support to the CFO, including managing correspondence in French, German, and English, filing, archiving, managing the CFO's schedule, tracking deadlines, creating presentations, and organizing meetings.
2. Coordinate the drafting of minutes for Finance-Controlling and General Services department meetings.
3. Assist in preparing sessions for the Swatch Group Investment Committee, including supporting the establishment of Longines CERs and tracking the validation process via specialized software.
4. Participate in various projects, including budget monitoring.
5. Manage contracts related to Longines mandates for buildings, franchising, IT-Digital, maintenance, sponsorship, and events through the Contracker platform.
6. Maintain relations with the employer organization.
7. Distribute pre-budget meeting forms to each subsidiary and establish the related schedule.

1. Commercial CFC, ideally complemented by a professional maturity or equivalent qualification.
2. 5-9 years of confirmed experience in a similar role within an international company.
3. Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite, including Teams.
4. Basic legal knowledge is an asset.
