Longines Assistant to the CFO

- Provide administrative support to the CFO, including managing correspondence in French, German, and English, filing, archiving, managing the CFO's schedule, tracking deadlines, creating presentations, and organizing meetings.
- Coordinate the drafting of minutes for Finance-Controlling and General Services department meetings.
- Assist in preparing sessions for the Swatch Group Investment Committee, including supporting the establishment of Longines CERs and tracking the validation process via specialized software.
- Participate in various projects, including budget monitoring.
- Manage contracts related to Longines mandates for buildings, franchising, IT-Digital, maintenance, sponsorship, and events through the Contracker platform.
- Maintain relations with the employer organization.
- Distribute pre-budget meeting forms to each subsidiary and establish the related schedule.
- Commercial CFC, ideally complemented by a professional maturity or equivalent qualification.
- 5-9 years of confirmed experience in a similar role within an international company.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite, including Teams.
- Basic legal knowledge is an asset.
- Flexibility and autonomy.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities.

5-9 years of confirmed experience in a similar role within an international company.
Commercial CFC, ideally complemented by a professional maturity or equivalent qualification.
