1. Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
2. Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team.
3. Authorize discounts and manage customer inquiries post-sale.
4. Ensure compliance with store policies and safety regulations.
5. Maintain store appearance and manage contracts with service providers.
6. Oversee inventory management and merchandise exits.
7. Handle tax-free sales processing and order management.
8. Manage after-sales service and maintain service records.

1. Proven experience as a Retail Manager in luxury or watchmaking sectors (4 to 6 years).
2. Strong communication skills and a dynamic personality.
3. Results-driven with a strong sense of service and teamwork.
4. Passion for high-end retail and engagement with discerning clientele.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
2. Fluency in English.
3. Proficiency in a second language is advantageous.

4 to 6 years of confirmed experience as a Retail Manager in luxury or watchmaking sectors.

Commercial education background.
