- Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team.
- Authorize discounts and manage after-sales services.
- Ensure compliance with store regulations and safety protocols.
- Maintain store presentation and cleanliness, managing related contracts.
- Oversee merchandise handling and inventory management.
- Process tax refunds and manage orders and deliveries.
- Handle service and repair billing and follow-up.
- Maintain accurate records and reports.
- Proven experience as a Retail Manager (4 to 6 years) in luxury or watchmaking sectors.
- Strong passion for horology and luxury goods.
- Dynamic, with a strong sense of challenge and excellent communication skills.
- Result-oriented with a strong sense of service and teamwork.
- Desire to work in a high-end environment with discerning clientele.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in a second language is advantageous.
4 to 6 years of confirmed experience in retail management, particularly in luxury or watchmaking sectors.
Commercial education background.
