- Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team.
- Authorize discounts and manage post-sale customer inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with store policies and safety regulations.
- Maintain the boutique's appearance and manage related contracts.
- Oversee merchandise handling and inventory management.
- Process tax refunds and manage orders and deliveries.
- Handle after-sales service billing and follow-up.
- Maintain accurate administrative records.
- Proven experience as a Retail Manager, preferably 4 to 6 years, in luxury watchmaking or jewelry.
- Strong communication skills and a dynamic, challenge-driven personality.
- Results-oriented with a strong sense of service and teamwork.
- Desire to work in a high-end environment with discerning clientele.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in a second language is advantageous.
4 to 6 years of experience in retail management, particularly in the luxury watchmaking or jewelry sector.
Commercial education background.
