Longines Assistant Store Manager

- Drive sales and achieve set targets.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team.
- Make decisions regarding potential discounts.
- Handle after-sales service and customer inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with store regulations and safety protocols.
- Maintain store appearance and cleanliness, managing related service contracts.
- Oversee all merchandise movements and inventory.
- Process tax refunds and manage orders for parts.
- Handle merchandise reception and manage consignment records.
- Oversee invoicing and follow-up of after-sales service.
- Maintain the store's logbook.
- Proven experience as a Retail Manager (4 to 6 years) in sales, with a passion for the luxury or watchmaking-jewelry sector.
- Dynamic with a strong sense of challenge and excellent communication skills.
- Driven by results, service-oriented, and a team player.
- Desire to work in a high-end environment with demanding clientele.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in a second language is advantageous.
4 to 6 years of confirmed experience as a Retail Manager in sales, particularly in the luxury or watchmaking-jewelry sector.
Commercial education background.
