1. Support the Boutique Manager in achieving commercial and operational objectives, contributing to surpassing expected results.
2. Assist the team in building customer loyalty, developing skills, and creating an exceptional customer experience.
3. Participate in the organization and management of daily store activities, ensuring smooth operations and proper inventory management.
4. Lead and motivate the team, organizing regular briefings to align objectives and celebrate successes.
5. Ensure the implementation of the brand's visual and merchandising guidelines to maintain an inspiring sales environment.
6. Support the Boutique Manager in monitoring team performance and assist in appraisals and development plans.
7. Facilitate efficient communication between the Boutique and Head Office, ensuring alignment of objectives and actions.
8. Act as an ambassador for the brand, embodying its values and image with the team and customers.

1. Sales background or equivalent experience, with several years in a boutique, ideally in luxury goods or watchmaking.
2. Previous managerial responsibilities with proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
3. Familiarity with the local market and a solid network of customer or partner contacts.

Several years of experience in a boutique setting, preferably within the luxury goods or watchmaking sector, with prior managerial responsibilities.
