Longines Assistant Boutique Manager

- Support the Boutique Manager in achieving commercial and operational objectives, contributing to surpassing expected results.
- Assist the team in building customer loyalty and developing skills to create an exceptional customer experience.
- Participate in the organization and management of daily store activities, ensuring smooth operations and proper inventory management.
- Lead and motivate the team by organizing regular briefings to align objectives and share strategies.
- Ensure the implementation of the brand's visual and merchandising guidelines, maintaining an inspiring sales environment.
- Support the Boutique Manager in monitoring team performance and assist in appraisals and individual development plans.
- Facilitate efficient communication between the Boutique and Head Office, ensuring alignment of objectives and actions.
- Act as a brand ambassador, embodying Longines' values and image with the team and customers.
- Sales background or equivalent, with several years' experience in a boutique, ideally in luxury goods or watchmaking.
- Previous managerial experience demonstrating the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong organizational and planning abilities.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive and creative approach to challenges.
- Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with the Boutique Manager and team.
- Fluency in French and English; knowledge of another language is an asset.
Several years of experience in a boutique, preferably within the luxury goods or watchmaking sector, with managerial responsibilities.
