Longines Aftersales Specialist
Longines, a prestigious Swiss watch brand, operates under the aegis of The Swatch Group, a global leader in the luxury watch industry. The Swatch Group Netherlands serves as the sales organization for renowned brands such as Swatch, Omega, Longines, Rado, Tissot, Hamilton, Certina, Mido, and Balmain within the Netherlands. From its headquarters in Eindhoven, the company supplies independent jewelers and major retail chains, while also managing a growing number of proprietary retail outlets, including Swatch Stores, the Tissot Boutique in Amsterdam, and an Hour Passion in the Designer Outlet in Roermond.
- Deliver exceptional remote customer experiences for both B2B and B2C clients.
- Address inquiries and resolve cases via email and telephone.
- Coordinate and verify online orders, including invoicing.
- Manage returns and process refunds.
- Process incoming orders using SAP.
- Perform marketing administrative tasks, including budget and campaign follow-up, and trade marketing activities for Balmain retailers.
- Provide sales support by maintaining collection and backorder lists.
- Experience in customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in Dutch and English is essential.
- Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to communicate the benefits and importance of maintaining high-end watches to customers.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
- Organizational skills to maintain oversight of various tasks.
- Technical proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is beneficial but not required.
