1. Support the Loewe wholesale business in the Americas by assisting the Wholesale Director in business development efforts.
2. Manage relationships with existing clients, providing communication support and account care.
3. Assist in product knowledge dissemination and assortment management.
4. Facilitate the fulfillment of deliveries and provide general support to the wholesale team.
5. Communicate with store staff, headquarters, and clients to ensure seamless operations.
6. Organize buying sessions and ensure partner attendance.
7. Assist with EDI processes and maintenance.
8. Support the return to vendor process and quality claims management.
9. Maintain the coop file, organizing and logging chargebacks.
10. Schedule appointments, prepare expense reports, and assist with travel bookings.
11. Provide copy information for clients and manage sample trafficking.
12. Maintain lists such as web store information and partner contact lists.
13. Support sales for DSM, including notes and orders after buying sessions.
14. Assist in managing the Paris schedule and fashion show ticket requests.
15. Support clinic appointments and organization, including booking models and samples.
16. Ensure delivery deadlines are met and provide ATS for clients.
17. Create reports and presentations, and analyze regional markets and competitors.
18. Promote collections and build relationships with internal and external business partners.
19. Support the Director in the expansion plan implementation for LATAM and Mexico development.
20. Ensure the highest quality level of presentation within wholesale accounts.
21. Network and build business relations and partnerships with regional locations.
22. Implement Loewe North America procedures and share best practices across retail locations.

1. Bachelor’s degree in business preferred.
2. 1-2 previous internships in fashion wholesale.

1. Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
2. Proficient in Excel and computer literacy.
3. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
5. Bilingual in Spanish and/or French is a plus but not required.

1-2 previous internships in fashion wholesale.

Bachelor’s degree in business preferred.

The compensation for this position is $20 hourly.
