Loewe Wholesale Intern

- Collaborate with the BP&T Department to maintain reporting tools for the global Wholesale Team.
- Contribute to the continuous cleaning and checking of databases, ensuring efficient maintenance of new and existing records.
- Follow up and report on the Inbound planning for all product categories, identifying alerts of main deviations versus Plan.
- Analyze the leftovers list and production cancellations.
- Support the team on weekly performance reporting and review.
- Liaise with the Supply Chain team regarding stock availability opportunities.
- Support the team in handling partner reorder requests throughout the season.
- Assist with operational management, including RTV processes and maintaining master files.
- Ensure products are properly uploaded and available in the buying tool, supporting cluster assignments.
- Generate panorama updates and final quantities reports.
- Support operational control of POs, including managing supplier invoices, monitoring team performance, communicating with commercial teams, and tracking POs across all wholesale accounts.
- Interest in fashion and culture, with a consideration for a career in Wholesale or Retail.
- High level of proficiency in both Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Collaborative team player.
- Great attention to detail and pride in work quality.
- Good analytical skills.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office programs, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Power BI.
Beginner level experience is required, suitable for individuals starting their careers in the fashion industry.
