1. Collaborate with the BP&T Department to maintain reporting tools for the global Wholesale Team.
2. Contribute to the continuous cleaning and checking of databases, ensuring efficient maintenance of new and existing records.
3. Follow up and report on the Inbound planning for all product categories, identifying alerts of main deviations versus Plan.
4. Analyze the leftovers list and production cancellations.
5. Support the team on weekly performance reporting and review.
6. Liaise with the Supply Chain team regarding stock availability opportunities.
7. Support the team in handling partner reorder requests throughout the season.
8. Assist with operational management, including RTV processes and maintaining master files.
9. Ensure products are properly uploaded and available in the buying tool, supporting cluster assignments.
10. Generate panorama updates and final quantities reports.
11. Support operational control of POs, including managing supplier invoices, monitoring team performance, communicating with commercial teams, and tracking POs across all wholesale accounts.

1. Interest in fashion and culture, with a consideration for a career in Wholesale or Retail.
2. High level of proficiency in both Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.

4. Comfortable with Microsoft Office programs, including Excel and PowerPoint.
5. Knowledge of Power BI.

Beginner level experience is required, suitable for individuals starting their careers in the fashion industry.

Study support valued at €800-900 gross per month.

A 6-12 month internship program with mentorship and learning opportunities from experienced professionals. A collaborative, supportive, and informal work environment. Working hours from Monday to Thursday, 9am to 6:30pm, and Fridays from 9am to 3pm. Daily lunch allowance.
