Loewe Wholesale Commercial Projects Intern

- Assist the Project Manager in executing store projects and franchise development, including pop-ups, pop-ins, personalized corners, shop-in-shops, and franchisees.
- Update budget trackers for all project missions.
- Track expenses and assist in reconciliation processes.
- Coordinate brand training sessions with client store teams through client communications.
- Distribute regular updated training materials to clients and internal teams.
- Support the creation and regular updating of commercial calendars to track key product launch dates, showrooms, store openings, and events for 2025/2026.
- Serve as an internal point of contact for projects, engaging with key stakeholders such as VM, architecture, commercial, merchandising, logistics, and wholesale assistants to ensure project alignment.
- Ensure weekly VM reports and clear communication on VM display to locations with high-profile visibility.
- Assist in weekly internal presentations for updated project communications.
- Create presentation decks to support project development for both internal and client purposes.
- Support the organization of buying sessions.
- Coordinate preparations for project site visits for the Project Manager and Commercial teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Eligibility for an internship and ability to sign an internship agreement with a university.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, especially PowerPoint.
- High level of English proficiency; additional languages are advantageous.
- Previous experience in fashion or luxury brands is a plus.
Beginner level experience in a related field, preferably within fashion or luxury brands.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar.
Study support valued at €800-900 gross per month.
The internship offers mentorship and learning opportunities with experienced professionals, a collaborative and supportive work environment, and a daily lunch allowance. Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 9 am to 6:30 pm and Fridays from 9 am to 3 pm.
