Loewe Wholesale Assistant

1. Oversee wholesale order management from placement to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
2. Monitor order status and deliveries, resolving logistical issues in coordination with internal teams.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Logistics, Credit Control, Finance, Merchandising, and Product to ensure seamless processes and data accuracy.
4. Coordinate with credit control on payments, invoicing, and blocked orders.
5. Serve as the primary contact for wholesale clients, addressing operational queries and providing updates.
6. Assist in buying sessions and showroom activities.
7. Onboard new wholesale clients and manage client databases.
8. Support sales reporting, data tracking, and preparation of client-facing reports.
9. Maintain client files, communication trackers, and internal communication logs.
10. Support market visits, sales campaigns, and provide market feedback.
11. Manage RTV processes, quality issues, and credit notes.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
2. Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a wholesale position.
3. Fluency in Spanish and English, with additional languages considered an asset.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
2. Strong coordination and communication skills.
3. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

A minimum of 1 year in a relevant wholesale position, preferably within the fashion or luxury sector.

Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
