Loewe Wholesale Account Executive

- Support the Senior Wholesale Manager in executing seasonal and annual commercial strategies for assigned accounts.
- Coordinate daily communications with partners to ensure service excellence and brand consistency.
- Liaise with internal teams to meet account needs timely and accurately.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of each account’s structure, performance, and market context.
- Prepare seasonal forecasts and sales targets for review with senior management.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
- Prepare and present business reports, including account performance and KPIs.
- Monitor pricing, product flows, and delivery timelines to achieve commercial goals.
- Lead operational setup and appointment coordination for Market Week in Paris.
- Assist in sell-in appointments, ensuring order accuracy and alignment with strategy.
- Track order confirmations and deliveries to support execution.
- Collaborate with the VM team to enhance in-store presentation and brand visibility.
- Collect and communicate market feedback to inform product and marketing strategies.
- Benchmark competitors to support competitive positioning.
- Contribute to the improvement of tools and processes within the wholesale team.
- 5 years of experience in a wholesale or commercial coordination role within the luxury or premium sector.
- Proficiency in Excel and Centric or similar ordering platforms.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Collaborative and proactive mindset.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Deep interest in fashion and understanding of luxury wholesale dynamics.
- Fluency in English and Spanish; Italian or French is a plus.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a wholesale or commercial coordination role in the luxury or premium sector.
