1. Lead the operations of LOEWE’s central distribution center, managing a team of 8 Area Managers.
2. Implement company procedures and standards to achieve productivity, quality, cost, and delivery objectives.
3. Forecast work volumes and allocate resources for optimal logistics chain functioning.
4. Drive a continuous improvement strategy by analyzing processes, methods, and times.
5. Promote team professional development by conveying company values and culture.
6. Ensure the economic performance and productivity of the distribution center.
7. Monitor, analyze, and communicate the center’s KPIs.
8. Promote a culture of health and safety, ensuring compliance with occupational risk prevention regulations.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics cycles and 3 years in managing large teams.
2. Proficiency in logistics tools such as WMS, Order Management, and ERP interaction.
3. Understanding of transport operations and international trade standards.
4. C2 level proficiency in English.
5. Availability for flexible working hours.
