Loewe Warehouse Operations Manager

- Lead the operations of LOEWE’s central distribution center with a team of 8 Area Managers.
- Implement company procedures and standards to achieve productivity, quality, cost, and delivery time objectives.
- Forecast and anticipate work volumes to allocate necessary resources for logistics chain efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement strategies by analyzing processes, methods, and times.
- Promote professional development within the team by embodying the company's values and culture.
- Ensure the economic performance and productivity of the distribution center.
- Monitor, analyze, and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) of the distribution center.
- Foster a culture of health and safety, ensuring compliance with occupational risk prevention regulations.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics cycles and 3 years in managing large teams.
- Proficiency in logistics tools such as WMS, Order Management, and ERP interaction.
- Understanding of transport operations and international trade standards.
- Strong analytical and influencing skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- C2 level proficiency in English.
