1. Assist the Visual Merchandiser in executing in-store displays, including windows, mannequins, and creative installations.
2. Adapt displays based on the store’s layout, local needs, and current business trends, under guidance from the VM team.
3. Participate in store walkthroughs to analyze displays and understand their impact on business results.
4. Support cross-functional teams on brand initiatives such as store openings, pop-ups, and client events.
5. Help organize and maintain visual areas, props, and display materials in stores.
6. Communicate with the VM team regarding display updates, photographic requests, and feedback.
7. Represent Loewe positively, demonstrating collaboration and adaptability in a dynamic retail environment.

1. 1–2 years of Visual Merchandising experience preferred.
2. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
3. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

1. Strong attention to detail, with a focus on display composition, balance, and color palette.
2. Interest in fashion, design, and art; basic photography skills are a plus.
3. Confident communicator, able to collaborate and problem-solve within a team.
4. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
5. Strong organizational and time management skills.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

1–2 years of experience in Visual Merchandising is preferred.

The compensation for this position is $20 hourly, dependent on relevant skills and experience. A comprehensive benefits package is included.
