1. Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising Manager in developing guidelines for Ready-to-Wear (RTW) and Shoes categories.
2. Organize and coordinate guideline photoshoots, including booking photographers and managing samples.
3. Create and maintain specific content for RTW, Shoes, and window displays.
4. Travel to Paris for showroom VM buying sessions and to assist in developing VM guidelines.
5. Assist in setting up global in-store launches, pop-ins, and pop-ups.
6. Adapt quickly to the evolving needs of the business in alignment with its growth.

1. Minimum of 2 years' experience in visual merchandising within the luxury retail sector.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
2. Exceptional attention to detail to uphold brand excellence standards.
3. Aesthetic sensibility and intellectual curiosity for fashion, culture, arts, and crafts.
4. Strong organizational and time management skills.

Candidates should possess at least 2 years of experience in visual merchandising within the luxury retail market.
